The RMR Type 2 was selected by USSOCOM for the Handgun Reflex Sight(HRS) Contract for extensive testing and evaluation. Unique to the RM06-GRS is the hard anodized coyote brown coating on the housing to reduce detection and special manufacture markings.
The Trijicon RMR Type 2 uses a patented housing shape that absorbs impacts and diverts stresses away from the lens. Features redesigned and upgraded electronics that are suitable for slide mounted pistol or small arms applications. Intuitive buttons allows for quick illumination with an optional automatic mode function. All RMR Type 2 Adjustable LED sights are night vision compatible.
