Machined from 7075 T6 billet aluminum, these DPMS pattern 7.62x51 (.308) upper receivers are specifically designed for use with the CMMG MK-8 .308 G3 Magazine lower receivers.  The uppers feature a recess to allow clearance for the G3 mags and matches the look of the CMMG MK-8 lower receiver.  These upper receivers are complete with shell deflector, forward assist, and dust cover.
