The Vamfire M.L.D. (Magazine Locking Device) is a complete magazine locking kit for AR rifles or any other rifle which uses standard AR magazine release parts.  This kit is easy converts between a tool-operated fixed magazine release and a standard finger-operated magazine release.  Conversion between the two modes is achieved through the use of the included hex wrench, which is also used for installation.  Tighten the hex screw all the way down and the outer shroud rises up to shield the button, requiring a tool to release the magazine.  Loosen the set screw and the shroud lowers to allow finger operation of the magazine release button.

Be sure the button is in a fixed magazine position where required by law.
